Louise is a beautiful person who puts you immediately at ease and just makes you feel confident to tell her about any concerns or problems. She has a lovely way about her and is totally professional without losing the 'human' touch. Its very important to people like me who have undergone surgery, that they have someone to trust and confide in and Louise fits that profile.
